Cancellations and refunds are not available at this time. Once you have completed your checkout, we cannot cancel or refund your purchase. 

Damaged/Quality Issues

As products by IRIS are made with pre-loved materials, some pieces may have hints of wear, including bobbing, discoloration, loss of softness, broken threads, et cetera. As everything is handstitched, do not expect perfect stitching lines or general perfection. This is a punk, second-hand DIY brand, after all. Extreme care is taken to avoid any fabrics that may not ''last much longer'' or have seen their journey to the end.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, also Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the UK?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, I am unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
